COMPANY PROFILE

 Lumara is a reputable business name in Sudan since 1998.

In Feb 2008 & as the result of the expansion & diversification of the business it was developed into three limited liability
companies under the same name to become Lumara Group.
The group is active in general trading, air-conditioning systems supply, agriculture, real estate development & construction.
The Lumara Holding Companys HQ is in Khartoum, Sudan and has branch offices in all major cities in Sudan and branch
offices in JAFZA, UAE & Doha, Qatar.
2010 Lumara Electromechanical as an L.L.C in Dubai to cover the UAE market.
2012 Lumara Electromechanical works was established in Doha to cover high demand for specialized electromechanical market
in Qatar .
2013 Lumara Electronics division under the name Beryllium for Multi-Activities was formed to cover the increasing demand
for electronics and home appliances in Sudan market.

Founded in 2005, Lumara Trading is active in the supply of wide range of products such as:

Trading activities are executed almost completely to Dubai in the UAE

2. Lumara Real Estate & Construction Company

The group became actively involved in real estate projects since 2008 where Lumara Real Estate &
Construction Company executed projects across Sudan ranging from small villa developments to large
government related urban development schemes.
Competent architects and civil engineers are continuously striving to design and build comfortable value
for money housing facilities for people in Sudan. Recently this company as concluded the first phase of a
large development project that comprises of 1,000 low cost houses along with their accompanying facilities
(schools, hospitals, mosques and shopping centers) at Al-Obeid, the capital city of Central Sudan.

3. Lumara Agriculture Company

This company is only active in Sudan. Its core activity is the development of tissue culture of date palm.
Even though, this company is a smaller sized in terms of turnover, it is the most technologically advanced
with an extensive network of greenhouses and research centers.

Founded in 2007 mainly as a sole distributor for Daikin Air-conditioning Equipment in Sudan market. Its
comprehensive range of products include sophisticated AC systems for residential and commercial use,
VRV, Chillers and DX systems from Daikin only.
Lumara Engineering has a highly qualified marketing team with core strength in availing before hand
market data to sales division enabling effective achievements especially in the area of projects.

HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVTRONMENT(HSE) POLICY

LUMARA EMW is very seriously concerned in providing the Protection of human health safety and the
environment in all of its operations.
LUMARA EMW management team has formulated and agreed that our Health and Safety planning and
implementation shall be guided by the following guidelines:
All employees are responsible to comply with the established health and safety requirements and supervisor
level upward shall be obligated to implement the established program.
Minimize the risk during handling, storage, transportation of equipments and materials.
Sufficient financial budget shall be allocated to ensure that all equipments are reliable and safe to use and all
health and safety hazards.
A safe and sound working condition and facilities shall be provided for all employees at all working locations at
all time.
Our environmental management system operates based on the requirements of the ISO 14001 Environmental
Management LUMARA EMW, Environmental Quality regulation 1989, other local authorities and client's
requirements and supported by in- house HSE manual procedures and guidelines.
