SELF REFLECTIVE EVALUATION

Reflection is an explanation and exploration of event, which is a part

of learning process. Self-reflection allows an individual to evaluate
the performance and pave the way of continuous process of
learning. John Dewey state the idea of self reflection evaluation as
A careful and persistent contemplation of principle or

a form of

knowledge in the light of the argument that support it and illustrate

a conclusive evaluation in a certain way it tends(Deway, 1933p.9).
Reflecting the statement of Deway in my learning process of the
foundation program of my University, it is clear for me that this
course structure has essentially build up to make efficient every
individual in the next academic year.

The inter-active learning

process I have been through in last year it was an enormous

experience for me. This essay will evaluate the self-reflection of this
study year and provide a brief description that how this academic
learning will enhance the knowledge in my future career.
The most important thing I have learned is from group presentation
in this academic year. To talk in front of audience and leadership are
two significant features that I have achieved. This has huge impact
not only in the next academic year but also in my future. In terms of
decision-making and build up a team for a group work I will be the
best. This one-year course also facilitates the day-to-day decisionmaking process in my life. I get rid of any kinds of indecisiveness
and take control in my life. It makes me focused not only for the
next academic year but also to create a glorious professional career.
This course also builds up my analytical skills. The research skills
that I have achieved that will also be helpful in the next academic
course. I have learned about many more theory and model in this
course, which enhance my knowledge about the business world. To
analyze the external and internal environment of a business
organization, the management system, all of these will be effective
in the study in next academic year. This is a continuous process of
improvement of my career and this knowledge will also be helpful in

term of making job application. I have learned the skills to

demonstrate my personal skills and motivation and express
spontaneously in front of people. This will be very helpful when I will
make a job application. I can win the interview board by presenting
myself and my skills to get a professional job.
By completing the graduation in Business Management degree
within next three year, I can achieve a lot of management skills,
which will create a vast opportunity in front of me. I am interested in
the business manager role as this is relevant to my course. I have
learned that how business management work and how to lead
people from my course. This is one of the foremost employment
opportunities, which will help me to nurture my skills and utilize my
knowledge in the business sectors. By the time I will finish my
graduation, I can provide an effective and supportive leadership to
the employee.
To operate day-to-day service in the business and guide the
employee by motivating them towards their goal will be specific
skills that I can imply from my graduation. The business manager
job needs to demonstrate the administrative and public relation
skills . The financial management is also one of the key task for a
business manager. This set of skills is essential for my career. So my
business management degree can provide me the academic and
theoretical knowledge but this is not enough to secure my job
position. So apart from studying business, I have decided to start
work as an apprentices in the business so that I can get practical
experience. The financial and administrative skills are essential to
acquire within this period of graduation which can lead me to build
up my professional career.
It is essential to mention that how I have acquire the English
academic skills in this part of the foundation. The foremost skills I
have achieved the writing skills and critical evaluation of task. I
have to evaluate my performance in these course as well. The
vocabulary I have learned, data collection method, language

proficiency all of these are pivotal skills which not only enhance my
knowledge but also be helpful for my next academic year.
