To produce a 'client presentation' of a subdivision drawing for Lot 44, Block 88 at
Muara Tuang Land District
Summary of Project
There are:
1. 12 single-storey terrace houses, 10 intermediate terrace houses and 2 corner
terrace houses
2. 4 two-storey semi-detached houses
3. 3 two-storey detached houses
4. 1 SESCO substation site
5. 1 intersection
6. A reserved area of 4578.0474

Minimum of 12 single-storey terrace houses.

Minimum of 3 two-storey detached houses.
Approximate of 1.2 acres reserve area (minimum of 20m for any one side)
for future development.
5. Minimum of 1 intersection to be provided.
6. A SESCO substation site minimum of 8x8m
7. Minimum of 9m (For buildings are located at one side of the road) or 15m
(For buildings are located for both sides the road) road reserve width shall be
provided.
Regulations
1. Maximum permissible density
For the area under housing development, the normal maximum density
of 8 units per acre (4047m) is permitted.

4. Road truncation
