(2.2).
2 Type 3.1: Material test certificate.
Issued by the Supplier. Contains

specific test results. Tests are done on

the material itself or a sample of it.
The tests have been done by an
organization independent from the
supplier.
3 Type 3.2: Witnessed Material Test
Certificate. Same as 3.1 but tests,
including sampling and traceability of
sample, have been witnessed by a
recognized certification agency. The
items shall be stamped with the
symbol of the certification agency.
Type 3.1 (and 3.2) must contain
PO/work order number, batch/lot
number etc.
