Applying LD for Work Delay

Liquidated Damages (LD) is calculated in percentage from total PO value u


to 20%. A week is defined as 7 calendar days and percentage is applied
according to the below :
5% LD applied for 1-7 days of work delay
10% LD applied for 8-14 days of work delay
15% LD applied for 15-21 days of work delay
20% LD applied for delay longer than 21 days
