WORK EXPERIENCE

SEEU Tetovo, Macedonia

Campus June 2007

I was the chief editor for the Student's newspaper Campus , and I also did the graphic design and layout
of the newspaper. Campus is printed in 500 copies and is sold in the University and also outside of it.
During this year I am doing the Graphic Design and Layout for Campus again.

Pro Dean's Office March – June 2007

I worked for the Pro Dean of Communication Sciences for a period of three months where I was
engaged in some events and projects such as:
– Part of the organization team for the SEEU Open Day event.
– Technical assistant for the “Communication Sciences Curriculum Revision” seminar in Ohrid.
– Translator for various documents and workshops

Schedule Office January – March 2007

I have worked for the SEEU's Schedule Office for a period of three months where my task was to register,
organize, troubleshoot and solve the various Scheduling issues that appeared.
Part of the job was registering all the courses for the curriculum of the Communication Sciences
department, including the number of students, the time line scheduling and making sure there's no
overlapping between the different time lines and office spaces. Worth mentioning that the Scheduling
is done for more than 7000 students and during those three months a lot of issues have been solved
where students had some overlapping issues with their schedule.

IT Support July - December 2006

I have worked at SEEU in the IT Office. I worked there as an IT Support where my responsibilities were:
• Troubleshooting networking problems
• Remote and Office Desktop Support for the whole Campus offices
• Installation and maintenance of various software applications
• Printer Configuration, Installation and Maintenance
• E-mail configuration and problem solving

ODIHR Gostivar, Macedonia

Interpreter September 2002 - October2006

Worked as interpreter for the LTO’s, during the Parliamentary Elections in Macedonia. I was responsible for
checking the polling stations, the number of voters. Also, I took part in organizing the arrival of 120 observers
for the Gostivar region, their stay, allocation and their departure.
The job was part time, consisted of working 4 days.

O S C E - Spillover Mission in Skopje Gostivar, Macedonia

Radio Operator & Interpreter Sep.-Nov. 2001
Employed by OSCE, my responsibility was for the organization of the crews’ ongoing missions on the
villages, their departure and arrival. During their stay in an area we conducted continuous
communication via our Radio, where they reported the mission’s status and the situation in that area.
I was working as an interpreter for the Mission Leader during the meetings with officials.

Course Attendant March–December 2004

Enrolled in a course funded by the Cabinet Office of UK, whose purpose was the proportionate
representation of the ethnic minorities in the Public Administration. In the end we were given
Certificates for successfully finishing the Course.

ARS RADIO Gostivar, Macedonia

Radio Commercials and planning March – June 2001
I was employed by ARS Radio for a period of three months where I worked on planning the program for
the Radio and also I was responsible for recording and creating the Radio Commercials, Jingles and
Station ID's for the radio.
