Aim To assess the students technical understanding and

presentation skills.
Objective To evaluate students understanding of project and
knowledge gained through presentation and to assess
his\her confidence through defense of project
presentation.
General Instructions
Each student must give a presentation of the project, covering the project planning,
management, critical evaluation of literature and preliminary test / experimental setup and
findings. The student must also defend his presentation before a panel of experts. The
maximum duration of presentation will be for 12 minutes followed by defense for another 3
minutes.
Assessment methodology
PPT presentation will be carried out before a panel of up to 3 experts, including the module
tutor, students project supervisor, and another subject expert. Evaluation will be based on
general presentation skills, exhibition of technical understanding through presentation, followed
by a viva-voce.
