Introduction :
Introduction Ageing is a gradual process characterised by continued development and maturation. Although the
young adult years are a time of maximum physical function , the changes of ageing usually begin as one enters
middle adulthood. Ageing is a complex phenomenon that occurs on the continuum of human life, beginning from
birth and continuing throughout the life span and on into the end stages of life and death .
