MO&G informed that action is ongoing.

26/07/2013: a cold work permit is issued for site survey that will be conducted by
ENMA/EMCO engineer.

27/07/2013: ENMA/EMCO communicated Piping hydrotest procedure and painting procedure


for MO&G approval.

ENMA/EMCO still waiting the communication of requested ASBUILT Drawings.

Information

- ENMA/EMCO informed that the project is in a critical phase as we have


until now 02 months of delay.
- ENMA/EMCO insist that all project team should close all pending actions
as soon as possible to progress in the project and respect the planned
shutdown period in MELLITAH Complex.
- Both parties, company and contractor, agreed on the following
milestones:
21/07/2013: MO&G communicate red marked up comments
on the mechanical, piping, structural and E&I engineering
documents.
28/07/2013: ENMA/EMCO communicate civil engineering
dossier and updated mechanical, piping, structural and E&I
documents as per MO&G comments.
04/08/2013: MO&G approve the complete engineering
dossier of the project.
17/08/2013: Civil work mobilization (directly after the AID).
