Wall
Wall sandwich panel should be consists of polyurethane foam (density of 40 kg//m 3 ).
Internal and external surfaces would be 0.50 mm. hot dip galvanized steel sheet.
Thickness of wall panel will be 80 mm.

Roof
Roof panel should be consists of polyurethane foam (density of 40 kg//m 3). Internal
and external surfaces would be 0.50 mm. hot dip galvanized steel sheet. Thickness
of wall panel would be 80 mm.

Floor
Floor structure must be made of 3mm. thick hot dip steel. 4 layers of floor with high
quality hot dip galvanized c-shape steel bars, sandwich panel, viva board and 2 mm.
thick of vinyl tiles. Viva board must be strong, flexible and moisture resistant,
providing greater durability.

Door
Door size: 1000x 2120mm. (W x H)
Door frame must be made from hot dip galvanized steel. The rubbers will be laid
around at doorframe purposely for water proof and air-tight system. Lock set will be
at top and bottom of the door with 3 hinges.
Accessories
Electrical Power System including wiring as per spec. of RAx
Internal Lighting System composed of 2 units of 1x36 watt fluorescent.
Master ground bar and window ground bar are made of copper size 100 x 300 x 6
mm. (W x L x D) coated with 6 micron tin.

Trailer
Should be specially designed for Mobile BTS Shelter and Pole/tower mast. Trailer
must be conformed to Transportation Standard that Air-conditioning and other
equipments are safe while truck is moving at 60 km/hr.

Telescopic Mast

3.1

Pole/tower mast is 20m high

3.2

Pole should be withstand at maximum wind velocity 200 km/hr, with degree of
swaying for 0.5 when installed 6 set dual pole antenna and 2 set microwave dish
(dia 1.2m).

All metal should be stainless steel in case of pole. For tower type must be
galvanized.

Sufficient motor arrangement for lifting of Pole/tower mast.

Warranty

4.1

Warranty is 1 year for all structure.

4.2

Guarantee is 15 years for all structure.

4.3

Within warranty period supplier should provide any damaged spare parts in free of
cost.

1. The tower will be fix on the trailer of 1 meter high from the ground level.
2. Tower would be Triangular telescopic & made of Stainless Steel (pipe
48mmX5mm, 12mm plate and 12mm rod).
3. At the bottom section leg to leg will be 1300mm & it will 7 section. Every section
will be 3000mm length & the top section width will be 300mm.
4. The tower will be supported by 3 layer guy steel wire of

8mm dia.

5. At the top it will carry 6nos GSM & 2nos 1.2m MW. The guy support stake will be
fix minimum 7meter distance from the bottom of the tower.
6. The tower will be lift by

10mm SS wire.

7. After lifting the tower will be held on SS wire and also on the stopper.
