Art.2 c.(1) let.c) L.no 121 from 05.25.

2012 sets:
The provisions of this Law do not concern and cannot be interpreted as a prejudicefor
religious cults and their component parts related to their religious beliefs.
It is publicly known, that the sub signed is a pastor in the church Buna Vestire (religious
community Christian Evangelical Baptist Church Buna Vestire a Mntuitorului") from
Chisinau, registered in the Register of religious cults and their component parts and which is
acting according with the legislation of Republic of Moldova. This fact is also known by the
signatories of this complaint who are indicating to 2nd comma of the first page of the complaint.
It is obvious that the intention of the location of the monument is exclusively based on our
religious convictions. The addresses and affirmations of the sub signed and my colleagues within
different public interventions, as well as materials placed on www.moldovacrestina.md in
support of the monument location, clearly prove this fact.
For instance, third page from the complaint, which includes the image of the mentioned website,
includes the following quote:
Today I take a strong decision before God, my family, and the entire society to value human life
starting from conception. I will not have recourse to abortion, I will not give my consent to this,
and I will not encourage, advice, or ever impose someone to take childs life through abortion.
God help me!
On the press conference, we said numerous affirmations, which certainly prove that the location
of the monument is based on our religious beliefs. As an example are the following quotes from
the press conference (to see the attached materials to the complaint):
I am a pastor, and oftentimes I have discussions with persons that came to confess their
sins
exactly the monument would have been a vindication for those who have physic wounds as a
result of what they did, it will bring a vindication, a hope of forgiveness.

Mentioned affirmations clearly prove that the location of the monument and the purposes we
follow are based on our religious beliefs, and which we are able to manifest publicly, according
to the national and international legislation.
As a consequence, considering the provisions cited in art2 c.(1) let.c)
L.no 121 from 05.25.2012, Law provisions cannot be invoked in what concerns our religious
beliefs.
Finally, we reiterate our request to decline the examination of our complaint out of reasons
exposed above. Concomitantly we reserve the right to show evidence and additional samples that
prove the legitimacy of our actions and addresses. Equally, we reserve the right to appeal to
every legal form in defending our rights against the abusive actions and contrary to Law,
committed by natural persons, public authorities, or nongovernmental entities.
