    * All prices should be including AIT and exclusive VAT as per the local law of Bangladesh. * Contract should be valid for 01 year but if major market prices change then the price can be revised as much as market price up. * Termination : Both the Parties shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement upon providing one(01)month prior written notice. * Parking responsibility: The vehicles will be parked at the FIRST PARTY’s convenience in secured parking places if vehicle has been driven without chauffeur. * Parking for user office premises(full time service): During parking of said vehicle in your company office premises/parking areas or expatriate house parking, if the said vehicle lost, missing, stolen, damage any short of incident occur during this contact period it may be claim penalty as per damage or lost the said vehicle by the Supplier Company or covered by insurance company as per Bangladesh law. * INSURANCE : The vehicles must have a comprehensive insurance coverage (for passengers, drivers and vehicle) and liability coverage for any accidental OR incidental, direct or indirect damages including any loss of any parts. Insurance policy shall cover any risks as per comprehensive insurance under the insurance Act of Bangladesh. The insurance policy coverage for all the vehicles (with or without chauffeur) will be subscribed by the SECOND PARTY. * Maintenance: We will insure regular servicing and maintenance of the cars or

    The Eclipse Soccer Club is a Fairbanks non-profit competitive soccer club established in 1995. The Club
    is comprised of both boys and girls teams; ranging in ages from 9 to 18 years old. The Eclipse Soccer
    Club is dedicated to fostering competitive fun and athletics in youth sports. The Club offers participants a
    positive learning environment, team experience, and the opportunity to create life-long memories.
    To successfully compete in local and state tournaments; the Club is actively seeking sponsors. Players
    train year round in preparation for competing in the summer soccer season. Players are dedicated to
    improving their soccer skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Teams that succeed in State Cup can
    represent Alaska at the Far West Regional Tournament or Presidents Cup and compete against soccer
    teams from the western United States.
    When you contribute to youth sports organizations you are investing in the future. Your sponsorship will
    help with membership fees, club clinic, equipment, travel expenses, and Soccerships.
    All businesses that donate at the platinum, gold, and silver levels will receive a plaque to display at your
    business to show your support for youth soccer.
