winter shawl

Size: Approx. 2 m

Materials
60 g Ullcentrums 1-ply wool yarn
Needles size 5 mm/US 8 (circular)

Tip:
Increases: knit 2, yarn over (yo), knit until 2 st remain, yo, knit 2

Edges: Knit the first stick through the back loop, lift the last stitch as if to purl

Pattern
Cast on 5 st
Knit 8 rows at the same time increasing as per above
Row 9: *k1, yo*, repeat *-* until end of row
Row 10: *k1, drop 1*, repeat *-* until end of row

Repeat these 10 rows until required size and finish of with 8 rows of garter stitch
The pictured shawl has 14 pattern repeats
Cast off loosely and weave in all loose ends

To make the shawl nice and soft, put it in hot water, spin it on high and iron it dry on the
highest setting
