No investigation was done and no action was taken, leaving the man to have to defend himself against the false charges in court and leaving Martin's false accusations to stand against the victim. This is why PCSO deputies have no qualms about making false reports, lying on reports or falsely charging innocent victims with crimes they did not commit.
