English paper assignment entitled Public Accounting Service.

Public sector accounting is a process to collect , noted , classify , analyze
as well as making the report on financial transactions to an organization public
that provides financial information for both that need it to be used when collecting
a decision.
The purpose of Public Accounting Service
1. Management Control, to provide information needed to manage an
organization quickly, right, efficient and economically over the operation
and use of resources entrusted/budgeted for an organization
2. Accountability, to provide information that is useful for manager public
sector used to reporting on responsibility resources/ fields and division
which is under its responsibilities. It is also to submit to publicly on
operation the government and the use of funds/ the public budget.

The field of public accounting

A. Auditing
Auditing is the field of employment profession an accounting the
financial reports independently to judge reasonableness a financial report
arranged management for investors, creditors, and other foreign parties.
When public accountant stated that financial report provides information
in a reasonable , means financial report has be created in accordance with
the principle of accounting.
B. Tax Accounting
The purpose is to be achieved:
1. for the fulfilment regulation tax apply.
2. To help planning tax
C. Managenment Consulting

Managenment consulting give consultation covering the aspects of

broad , usually given simultaneously to the inspection of financial report.
Management consulting aims to give many considerations and advice to
management to fix the company operating results.
