Microbiological Analyser Engineer

Position: Microbiological Analyser.
Key responsibilities:
- Test the microorganisms in the food samples such as aquatic, agriculteral products and water samples, animal feed
and fertiliz er: TPC (Total plate count), Esherichia coli, Coliforms, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp., Vibrio spp.,
Shigella spp., Enterobacteriacea, Listeria spp., Mould, Yeast,....
Control daily and periodically analysis instrument and equipment.
- Participate in the preparation of medium for analyzing microbiological samples.
- Join maintain and build laboratories achieve ISO 17025:2005.
- Participate in interlaboratory testing and proficiency testing
- Contribution of comments to the quality manual of the biological testing manuals.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of the test results, detecting errors during sample analysis, customer results
and provide corrective actions.
- Reviewing the current analytical methods, and updating new methods, documents and be responsible translate the
professional documents.
- Statistic the number of samples, the number of criteria according to month, quarter.
- Coordinate with other colleagues do the other important jobs in the laboratoties and the offices.
