El harnees elctrico esta protegido por un tubo plstico.

Mecnicamente es fijado al motor mediante clips, guardan el


cableado protegindolo de potenciales daos.

Todos los conectores son keyed para asegurar una correcta


orientacin.

Asegrese que todos los sellos son correctamente colocados. Se


deben colocar enchufes protectores en los pines que no se usan,
para prevenir el ingreso de lquidos. (ESPECIAL Power Part
grease is recommended for ECM Plug)

Tenemos muy buena Tolerancia a los defectos El sistema es


sumamente confiable. Inevitablemente luego de muchos anos
de servicio, algunos defectos se suelen presentar.

Tradicionalmente si el problema es Elctrico, cables /


conectores mayormente son la causa.

Cortos / circuitos abiertos/ son conexiones de alta resistencia,


puede causar una combinacin de corrosin / abrasin /
quemadura / vibracin / fatiga y ingreso de lquidos

Area de seccin transversal del cable

Cosas a tener en cuenta sobre cables de reas seccional


(CSA)

CSA es medicin en milmetros(mm, Europa) y


medida estndar del cable (SWG, USA).
El CSA de un cable es la medida a travs del
conductor y no desde el aislamiento exterior. (el
conductor esta compuesto de un numero de hilos . i.e
32 hilos de 0.2mm)
Si el cable CSA no esta disponible para ser usado y la
situacin de reparacion es urgente solo un cable con
una CSA mas grande puede ser usado.

1300 Serie ECM: Los mensajes esenciales

Alta confiabilidad.
Conectores externos ms vulnerables: Pines doblados,
Conectores sobre apretados en ECM etc..
No hay fusibles internos ni piezas serviciable.
Nunca reemplace una ECM si antes no se ha conectado con
la herramienta (ST) o (EST) y llevar a cabo revisiones de
diagnsticos bsicos.
El ECM es el Ultimo componente del que se debe sospechar.
Antes de devolver una ECM :- Pngase en contacto con el

Termistor:- Este sensor se utiliza para determinar la temperatura. Un termistor

cambia el valor de la resistencia en relacin al cambio de temperatura. Este


sensor utilizado en la mayora de motores electrnicos, tienen un coeficiente
de temperatura negativo. Un aumento de temperatura cae la resistencia

Sensor de presin:- Sensores de capacitancia variable se utilizan para medir

la presin. La presin que se mide se aplica a un material cermico. Esto


obliga a la cermica a acercarse a un disco de metal fino, esto altera el valor
de capacitancia. Este cambio de la capacitancia alimenta a un circuito
integrado, con su propia fuente de alimentacin de 5 voltios, en el interior del
cuerpo del sensor, que a su vez enva una seal adecuada de tensin,
dependiendo de la presin, a la ECM.
