Potential Environmental Impacts (Dampak Lingkungan Potensial)

The potential impacts considered when evaluating the aspect listed in Section 2.1 are shown below.

3.

Air Pollution (Polusi udara)

Water Pollution (Polusi air)
Soil Pollution (Polusi tanah)
Depletion of Natural Resources (Penipisan sumber daya alam)
Habitat degradation (Degredasi habitat kehidupan)
Nuisance to the local community (Gangguan pada masyarakat setempat)

Frequency of Impacts (Frekwensi Dampak)

Frequency of the environmental impacts of the activities to the receiving environment were classified into
Improbable/Never, Abnormal, Long term, Short Term, Frequent and Continuous and these were rated
as shown below:
1 = Improbable/never: Impact has never occurred or is highly unlikely (e.g. accidents, fires,
emergencies); Happens once in 50 years.
2 = Abnormal: Occurs in abnormal situations (specific accidents, sabotage,
incompetent worker); Happens once every 3-5 years.
kompeten); Terjadi sekali setiap 3-5 tahun.
3 = Long term: Occurs once every 6 months to 3 years;
Jangka panjang: Terjadi setiap 6 bulan sampai 3 tahun
4 = Short term: Happens once every 1 month to 6 months;
Jangka pendek: Terjadi sekali setiap 1 bulan sampai 6 bulan
5 = Frequent: Happens once every 15 days to 1 month
Sering: Terjadi sekali setiap 15 hari untuk 1 bulan
6 = Continuous: Impact occurs on an ongoing basis or continuous during operating times

Both beneficial (positive) and adverse (negative) impacts are presented together with the assessed degree
of impact.
4.

Degree of Impacts (Tingkat Dampak)

The degree of the identified potential impacts was assessed as shown below. It should be noted that
the degree of the potential impacts was rated without considering the existing conditions of the
receiving environment.
1.5 = No impact (unlikely to have an adverse effect on human health or the environment)
lingkungan)
2.5 = Minor impact (permitted)
Dampak kecil (diijinkan)
3.5 = Moderate impact (regulated control over the impact)
Dampak menengah (pengendalian melalui peraturan perundangan terhadap dampak))
8.0 = Serious impact (likely to result in severe or widespread damage to human health or the
environment

5.

Operation Control
Measures that is considered in evaluating the level of control that the Fabrication facility has over the
aspect include but not limited to procedures, work practices, material purchasing and control, control
equipment and/or facilities, reuse/recycling, containment, and training.
Pengendalian mempertimbangkan evaluasi tingkat pengendalian dimana fasilitas Fabrikasi
The operational controls were evaluated were rated as follows:
1.00 = None: There is no control equipment, training or operational procedures
1.25 = Low: There are only operational practices, which are not documented
1.50 = Medium: There are documented procedures or practices
Menengah: Adanya prosedur atau praktek-praktek terdokumentasi
1.75 = High: There are controls in place and procedures where human intervention is necessary
2.50 = Beneficial Aspect: There is a benefit to the environment.
Aspek yang menguntungkan: Adanya manfaat terhadap lingkungan.

6.

Significance of Potential Impacts

The following seven criteria shall be used in the determination of significance:
Legal obligation (Obligasi peraruran perundangan)
The risk of an environmental spill incident (Risiko kejadian pencemaran lingkungan)
Past environmental incidents (Kejadian pencemaran yang lalu)
Nuisance to neighbors (Gangguan terhadap tetangga)
International protocols or Company policies / procedures (Protokol intetnasional atau
kebijakan/ prosedur Perusahaan

Lack of information available to decide on the impact (Kurangnya informasi tersedia untuk
memutuskan terhadap dampak)
Operation control (Pengendalian operasi)

The following methodology shall be used as the significance calculation.

Significance

( F * D)
C

Where:
F = Frequency of Impact (Frekwensi Dampak)
D = Degree of Impact (Tingkat Dampak)
C = Operation Control (Pengendalkian Operasi)
The following aspects and their associated impacts shall be considered automatically significant:
Aspek-aspek berikut dan dampak yang terkait harus dipertimbangkan secara otomatis terhadap
signifikan:
If there is legal requirement against it
Jika ada persyaratan hukum yang dilanggar
If there is a company policy / procedure against it
Jika ada kebjakan/ prosedur yang dilanggar
If the degree of impact number is higher than 3.5 or lack of information available to decide on
the impact caused
If the calculated significance is greater than or equal to 15
