I owe my gratitude to some people who helped and supported me

during the whole process of this research. I am deeply grateful to my
Action Research lecturers, for their sincere efforts in guiding me with
their comments and advice. I would also like to express my greatest
gratitude to my supervisor, Dr Rohaya Binti Abdullah for her
invaluable guidance, advice, suggestions, ideas and information
in completing this research. I wish to express my thanks to the

teachers and the headmaster of the school that involved for their
