Choose the day of the week from the tabs below

First enter the date of the count and then enter the name of the manager/staff member conducting the count
Enter the total of each denomination in the Notes, Coins and Misc sections.
The total will auto calculate
Next enter the standard float amount (ie; what the safe amount SHOULD be)
The difference between the ideal mount and the actual count will be autocalculated
Fill in the reason for any difference and any comments below this
Click on the OVERALL tab to view a summary of the safe counts for the week. This entire sheet will calculate autom
