GUIDANCE FOR REMITTANCE OF FEE
1. Appeared from within country: - Rs. 600 per Answer script through online Habib Bank
challan to be remitted in any branch of the Habib Bank Limited. The challan slip can be
downloaded from FBISE website www.fbise.edu.pk Copy of challan must be attached with
application form. Bank draft is not acceptable.
2. Appeared from abroad:- US $ 20 per answer script to be remitted through swift MT 103 with
the clear reference of purpose in field 70 for credit to:
FBISE Account No: 22110050002001,
Swift Code: HABBPKKA, IBAN No: PK26HABB0022110050002001 at Habib Bank Limited,
FBISE Branch H-8/4, Islamabad Pakistan.

INSTRUCTIONS
3. Fill the rechecking form completely.
4. Deposit re-checking fee amounting to Rs.600/-(US$20/- for abroad cases) per paper and submit its
original receipt with the form.
5. Mention clearly the subject(s)/paper(s) required to be re-checked.
6. An application form shall be entertained only if it is complete in all respects and received in the
office along with the prescribed fee within 20 days after the declaration of the relevant result.
7. Incomplete and incorrect form shall be returned to the candidate for completion and if it is not resubmitted within the prescribed time limit, no action shall be taken on it.
8. Time barred application shall not be entertained.
9. Fee once paid for rechecking of papers shall not be refunded.
10. Students can check the re-checking status of their application on the website (www.fbise.edu.pk)
of FBISE.
IMPORTANT NOTE
a. The answer book of a candidate shall not be re-assessed under any circumstances.
b. Where the re-checking does not mean re-assessment or re-evaluation of the answer books, the
Chairman or any officer or re-checking committee appointed by him shall see that:
i.
There is no mistake in the grand total on the title page of the answer book;
ii. The total of various part of a question has been correctly made at the end of each
question;
iii.
All totals have been correctly brought forward on the title page of the answer book;
iv. No portion of any answer has been left un-marked;
v. Total marks in the answer book tally with the marks sheet;
vi.
The hand-writing of the candidate tally in the questions/answer book;
vii. The answer book or any part thereof has not been changed /detached;
c. The marks of a candidate could even decrease in light of b (iii) above in the event of reduction of

marks, the record shall be corrected accordingly and revised Marks Sheet will be issued.
