Involved in the erection of horizontal & vertical stands alongwith the design check of EOT Cranes
and Reheating Furnaces. Interaction with Chinese and Indian vendors and approval procedure of
their given offers.
Kalyani Gerdau Steels Ltd (Tadipatri)- 300,000TPA SBQ & Rebar Mill
Undertaken all the responsibilities of EOT Cranes & Reheating Furnaces which included
checking of the technical offers(design, calculation, etc) from different vendors, meetings with them
regarding their offers and our technical specifications and finalisation of the calculations.

Kalyani Gerdau Steel Ltd. (Steel Melt Shop)

Inspection & approval of the overall design of cranes used in SMS area at
Mukands Workshop (Thane Mumbai).
Jayaswal Neco Industries (Raipur)- SMS-II , Bar & Section Mill
Currently Involved in the checking the design and calculations and approval of the 25 nos. of EOT
Cranes and Walking Beam Furnace in the project.

furnace), Welspun Steel Ltd. (E.O.T. Cranes and Reheating Furnaces), Sujana Metals
Products Ltd. (Revamping of 40tph Reheating Furnace with regenerative burners) , Adhunik
Metals Ltd.(Billet Reheating Furnace with Regenerative burners)
Also involved in the SMS (STEEL MELT SHOP) Cranes technical calculations and drawings
approval (supplied by Taiyuan, CHINA) in BMM ISPAT Project.
