WHEREAS, on a Special Meeting held on ______________ at Windsor Homes
Subd. Office, presided by the President and after establishing a quorum, the
hereunder resolution was approved :

RESOLUTION NO. 01 SERIES OF 2016

RESOLVED as it is resolved that WINDSOR

HOMES
HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION
shall
recognize/acknowledge the apprehension of
stray dogs in the vicinity of Windsor Homes
Subd. And have a fine of THREE HUNDRED
(Php 300.00) pesos. Under the RESOLUTION
OF the BRGY. Bur0l 3 no. ____;
RESOLVED AS IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that
the apprehension of stray dogs will be
affected from this date and all stray dogs that
never bail by their boss within 24 hrs, the
Brgy. Has now the right to immediately turn
over to the Veterinarian City .
RESOLVED FINALLY that the apprehension of
the said stray dogs shall be now active and
follows.
