REGULATION ORDINANCE NO. 2015-446

'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 AND SECTION 2 OF
REGULATION ORDINANCE NO. 2014-496 "AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING lliE PROCEDURE JN ARRESTING VIOLATORS OF CITY
ORDINANCES AS PRESCRIBED UNDER CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2001107"

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City oflloilo, that:

Section 1 of Regulation Ordinance No. 2014-496, reads, Section 1. "Any person who is
arrested for violation of a city ordinance shall be informed of his rights under the Miranda
Doctrine and shall immediately be brought to the nearest police station for booking purposes and
for proper disposition of his case''.

Is hereby amended to, Section 1. "Any person who is apprehended for violation of a city
ordinance shall be issued a citation ticket stating his name. address and other personal
circumstances".
Section 2 of Regulation Ordinance No. 2014-496, reads, Section 2. ''Any minor above
fifteen (15) years of age apprehended for violation of a city ordinance shall be issued a citation
ticket stating the name, address and other personal circumstances dndfurnish City Social Welfare
and Development Office a copy of the citation ticket"

address and other personal circumstances and furnish the City Social Welfare and Development
Office a copy of the citation ticket".
