Renewal of Licenses screen with "Select a License Type" dropdown
should be displayed. Default value should be "Select License Type" and
other value should be "Shops & Establishment"

An alert should be generated with the following text "License type


selected by you is Shops & Establishments Please Confirm" with Ok &
Back button.

Fields Marked *are mandatory fields.


In case of any changes in address or number of employees, please fill
form E ( Notice of Change ) in Ward.

The screen should be displayed with the following fields with 'Continue'
and 'Cancel' button:

Alert pop-up with payment link and table for transaction charges must
be displayed with I Accept and I Decline button
The user should be give to payment gateway with the following options:
Credit Card
Debit Card
Net banking
Confirmation for credit card transaction.
Receipt as per MCGM format should be displayed. Format in sheet 3

Shops & Establishments department fees table with effect from 06/05/2010 is given
below:

1. If TRC is linked with other document then difference will be calculated.
2. 50% Late Fee will be charged on yearly fee between 17th Dec to 31st Dec for
renewal of Next year and from 1st Jan to 30th Jan for renewal of Current year.
3. In case of renewal of license with change in number of employees , please visit
the CFC/Ward office.
4.Only the Employers who have submitted their PAN Details to Department , will be
able to renew the registration using mobile application. In case you have not
updated PAN details, kindly visit the CFC/ Ward office.
