Fact: Our restaurant brand name is SABA Restaurant Jelatek


02. Brief the Job Candidate the number of Saba restaurants in Malaysia.

Fact: We have 2 restaurants; Saba Jelatek & Saba Cyberjaya


03. Brief the Job Candidate on type of Food & Beverages we serve.

Fact: We serve authentic Arabic Food (Arabic Salads, Breads, Shawarmas,


Kebabs, Rice
Dishes with either Chicken or Lamb, etc. For beverages we serve Arabic tea,
coffee and
cold bottled beverages. Also, we serve freshly squeezed juices and local drinks
04. Brief the Job Candidate on our Price, Quality & Portions size.

Fact: We are the most cheapest Arabic restaurant and with the best food quality
and portion
size in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia when compared to the major/top Arabic
restaurants in the
Klang Valley. Our food tastes just like how our mother cooks at home. This
information was
obtained by doing a survey.
03. Brief the Job Candidate on our Restaurant Business Hours.

Fact: Sat to Thur: 11.00am 12.00am / Friday 2.00pm 12.00am


04. Brief the Job Candidate on our restaurant main working shifts (Floor Service).

Fact: Sat - Thur : Opening Shift : 11.00am 8.00pm / Mid Shift: 1.00pm
10.00pm
Friday
: Closing Shift : 2.00pm -11.00pm Or 3.00pm 12.00am
05. Brief the Job Candidate on his/her Working hours.

Fact: Locals 8+1 hours / Foreigners 9+1 hours & 11 + 1 hours depending on
individual

Fact: Basic Salary RM 900 + RM 400 Performance Allowance + Overtime + Staff

Fact: Performance Allowance will be deducted if a staff is Absent, on Unpaid


Leave without
documents or late to work for 1 hour (60 minutes) and above in a month based
on accumulation.
You can be late for 59 minutes per month only. For this 59 minutes lateness,
your basic salary
will still be deducted based on minutes late.
08. Brief job Candidate on Medical Leave Policy.

Fact: Medical Leave is only allowed from panel of doctors or government clinic.
After 10pm
staff is allowed to go to other clinics. Our panel of doctors are Mediveron Clinic
in Setiawangsa
next to CIMB bank.
09. Brief the Job Candidate on prayer times.

Fact: Muslim staff are allowed to pray but at the right time and approved by
your Section
Leader/Restaurant Manager.
10. Brief the Job Candidate on usage of mobile phones or tablets.

Fact: Mobile phones & I-pads can only be used during the staffs break-times.
Then again
staff are advised not to bring valuable items such as I-pads to work.
11. Brief Job Candidate on Employee Activities.

Fact: The company has the following activities:


a) Employee of The Quarter & Year awards

b) Monthly Staff Birthday Celebrations


12. Brief the Job Candidate on Staff Communication Board.

Fact: Memos and staff activity information is paced from time to time. It is the
responsibility of all staff to go to the board to check on new updates.
13. Ask the Job Candidate if there are any questions?
