Introduction

According to the above research findings following chapter will present the proposed action plan for Rajarata Chemist (Pvt) Ltd. to improve job
satisfactions by applying transformational leadership style.

According to the above research findings (absence of transformational leadership style has positive relationship with employee job
dissatisfaction) researcher recommended Rajarata Chemist (Pvt) Ltd. a leadership behavioural change. And proposed to move towards the
transformational leadership style for improve employee job satisfaction.
