As you can see in the picture its just a simple symbol but if you look deeper and
analyzed it, it is an emoticon. A two emoticons that extremely opposite with each other.
Emoticons are formed by various combinations of keyboard characters and used in

MGR a teen from Roxas City who loves to surf in the internet and spends more time in
the social media(facebook). In social media people may know your name not your story,
they can see your smile not your pain, they can notice your cuts not your scars and they can
read your message not your mind. I can describe what sheve been through like in a social
media. Shes been posting what she feels but no one believe in her. Shes been bullied but
no one helps her. Her pictures(self) shes been posting no one's like it. Shes been removed
and kicked in her group(friends) and been bashed(bully). She feels being alone and down all
the time and it represents a sad face emoticon :( . Until one day she meets a new set of
friends that she doesn't want to know what shes been through. She wears a cloak to cover
all of the scars and bruises(trauma) in the past and keeps hiding and hiding in a mask
opposite what she feels. She remained ambivalent about her feelings like the emoticon
above. She disguise in her mask to hide herself, to conceal her true image to his friends and
even their loved ones. Deep down inside, however, she is the crying clown, her soul is in
torment, her psyche is in a thousand pieces.
d. Criteria for making the diagnosis: Behavioral symptoms, mental status, history, physical
and laboratory examination
Delusions of Persecution - involve the clients belief that others are
planning to harm the client or are spying, following, ridiculing, or belittling the client
in some way.
delusion of control -the delusion that one's thoughts, feelings, and actions
are not one's own but are being imposed by someone else or some other external
force.
delusion of reference -a delusional conviction that ordinary events, objects,
or behaviors of others have particular and unusual meanings specifically for oneself.

Auditory Hallucinations - the most common type, involve hearing sounds,

most often voices, talking to or about the client. There may be one or multiple voices;
a familiar or unfamiliar persons voice may be speaking.
Visual Hallucination - involve seeing images that do not exist at all, such as
lights or a dead person, or distortions such as seeing a frightening monster instead of
the nurse. They are the second most common type of hallucination
Blunted Affect - Restricted range of emotional feeling, tone, or mood
e. Bipolar disorder (also known as manic depression) causes serious shifts in mood, energy,
thinking, and behaviorfrom the highs of mania on one extreme, to the lows of depression
on the other. More than just a fleeting good or bad mood, the cycles of bipolar disorder last
for days, weeks, or months. And unlike ordinary mood swings, the mood changes of bipolar
disorder are so intense that they interfere with your ability to function..
Although bipolar disorder can occur in young children, typically it's diagnosed in the
teenage years or early 20s. It's often hard to tell whether a child's emotional ups and downs
are normal for his or her age, the results of stress or trauma, or signs of a mental health
problem other than bipolar disorder.
Bipolar Depression
Diagnostic Criteria
F. Bipolar symptoms in children and teens often have different patterns than they do in
adults and may not fit neatly into the categories used for diagnosis. And children who have
bipolar disorder are frequently also diagnosed with other mental health conditions such as
attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or behavior problems.
