5. Share your listening with a friend after the lecture.

The aim of the letter:

WHY YOU ARE THE BEST PERSON FOR THE JOB .
It is not good to send CV without a covering letter?
Because the person who receive it might simply
throw it away.

Effective presentation skills

Because it is a part of your interview.
Important features of a good presentation
A beginning , a middle and an end ,
to show listeners where the talk is going.
The introduction should include:
who you are ;give an outline of the topic of the
presentation.
The conclusion should include:
summary of your main points.

The keys to effective presentations


1. Greet your audience .Say 'hello' and introduce
yourself if you do not know them.
2. Give an outline of your topic at the beginning.
3. Make sure you make a clear point in each section
4. Use visual aids to make it clear with picture,
diagrams, etc.
5. summarize your main points, and leave time for
questions . And do not forget to thank your
audience for listening.
