Comply to Omani content & Omanization requirement, Good Utility
Practice and standard norms

equipment
Mobilization of sufficient qualified manpower as required to complete

Subcontractors to submit all related documents as mentioned below


along with Interim payment application for each month subject to
Contractor approval :
- Joint Measurements sheet for each activity with RFI reference
(Hard & soft Copies),
- RFI with calculation of the quantities as supporting documents
signed and confirmed by the respective Site Manager.
- Quality documents for the implemented materials.
- Quality Control inspection documents confirmed by the same Site
Manager.
- Approved Inspection Request (BOQ Ref should be mention in each
IR) in Soft Copies.

be operated in accordance with the requirements of its safety
programme manuals, insurances, Good Utility Practice and Legal
Requirements.
To strictly forbid the use or presence on the Site of alcoholic
beverages or drugs, the carrying of firearms or other weapons, and
shall prevent fighting, property damage or disorderly conduct on the
Site.
When the use or storage of Hazardous Materials is necessary for the
performance of the Subcontract Works, the Sub-Contractor shall
exercise the utmost care and shall carry on such activities under the
supervision of properly qualified personnel in accordance with Prudent
Engineering Practice and Legal Requirements.
Except for safety and warning signs, any Sub-Contractor shall not
install any other signs at the Site without the express written consent
of the SUEZ
To include in the O&M Manuals delivered under its Subcontract clear
and proper guidance for dealing with all relevant health and safety
