About Our Business

Were a small family owned business operational in the
quaint little town of Pepperell, Massachusetts.
Our story is below:
In a previous career, one afternoon in early 2006, after
deciding to implement 5S practices, we anxiously sat down
at our PC and began searching for the supplies we would
need. We quickly realized there was NO one-stop shop for
everything we wanted. We spent hours surfing the web
looking for vendors and comparing prices. We then placed
half dozen orders all the while having to pay for individual
shipping and spending the time entering all the orders
etc.Thus, the birth of The 5SStore.com.
Our Purpose

Brite Mark Floor Marking Tape
Brite Mark is the thinnest, toughest, and most consistent floor tape on the market. This product is thin enough
(.035") to prevent many trip hazards but withstands traffic from the busiest facilities. Its designed to eliminate
common factory maintenance problems such as painting and replacing vinyl tape, which require excessive
installation time. Installation is quick and easy with minimal personnel and equipment. The aggressive adhesive
system also adheres directly to retroplate and ashford floors without beadblasting or other forms of surface
preparation. This product can be remove for changes in factory layout without damage to the factory floor or
excessive labor. Brite Mark is a new, custom-engineered line of floor tape that features a solid,
beveled edge and consistent coloring throughout the tape. The uniquely designed beveled edge
helps to eliminate fork lift damage, and the permeation of the color ensures a longer lasting, more
durable aisle marking tape. Best suited for concrete, vinyl and laminate floors. Typical applications
include warehouses, stockrooms, manufacturing floors, parking lots.

Floor-Mark Floor Marking

This product can be used on the floor just like tape or paint, but with some significant differences. Unlike tape,
it has a release backing that is removed before applying. Because of this, Floor Mark does not stretch and curl
like traditional floor tape. This material is thinner than traditional tape so it does not snag as easily. Floor Mark
can be removed by applying heat, unlike paint that requires harsh chemicals. 3", 4 and 5" wide clear tape is
available to apply over the Floor Mark for heavy traffic area and provides additional protection. Best suited for
vinyl and laminate floors. Typical applications include stockrooms and manufacturing floors

Vinyl Tape Solid & Stripe Colors

This vinyl tape is available in a multitude of colors. These colored tape are made for plant and warehouse floor
marking, 5S, desk and workbench marking, general color coding, agility obstacles, lines on dry-erase boards,
and wall striping. They are highly adhesive and resistant to sun, water, oil, fungus and chemicals, have a semigloss finish, and can be written on with permanent markers. Their temperature range is from 40 deg F to 170
deg F, but should be applied when the tape is nearer normal temperatures. A suitable alternative to 3M #471. Vinyl tape
can be used for floor, lane and aisle markings and color coding.

control. Make your aisle as long or narrow as necessary in seconds. Great for segregating inventory for quality control
and warehouse shipping and receiving areas. Easily removable retractable belts allow you to change colors for your
visual control program. The heavy steel rubber coated base provides stability from tipping with an attractive look. Also

The Beltrac wall mounted units contain a Retractable Belt Closure. The units are attached to the wall with a separate
back plate which is easy to install and is un obstructive. The units are ideal for temporarily blocking off areas. The units
include installation hardware and are available in a variety of belt colors. Standard and custom messages are available for
belts. The Wall Receptacle is used to attach a retractable belt end, pulled from a post or wall mounted unit to the opposing

steel board is formed using a patented boxed construction with internal ribbed support members, which space the board
9/16" from the mounting surface, allowing the mounting without spacer. Each board is designed so that the optional

SHIPPING
Shipping Policy
Standard Delivery:
Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days.
All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4 pm EST.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm EST are processed the next business day.
All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
Stock items ship out with in 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
NOTE: Many of our items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. As such, you may receive multiple
packages.
Shipping
United Parcel Service (UPS) is the package service used by The 5S Store. Unless otherwise requested, all orders
are shipped via UPS Ground service.
Expedited methods of shipping are also available, such as UPS Next Day Air, and UPS 2nd Day Air. There is no
guarantee that order received after 11 am EST will ship the same day. We suggest you call to verify same day
shipments.
NOTE: UPS Next Day Air requests on Friday are guaranteed delivery on the next business day (business days are
Monday through Friday), this does not include Saturdays. Saturday deliveries must be specifically requested.
The 5S Store is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to circumstances beyond their control.
This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.
The 5S Store is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to incomplete address information, or
wrong address information provided by the customer.
All packages are insured when they leave The 5S Store. If a package is damaged in shipment , you should not
accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. The 5S Store is not responsible for
merchandise damaged in shipping.
Shipping Rates
We charge per UPS published rates.
Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally
calculated due to the dim weight of the package.
Canadian
Packages ship UPS Standard to Canada
The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties
due upon entering the destination location.
International
Packages ship UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Express.
The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties
due upon entering the destination location.

POLICIES
Cancellations
Once an order is placed it goes immediately into processing. You must notify us as soon as possible if the order needs to be cancelled.
Damages
Damages must me reported within 48 hours of delivery. The package and product must be held on to for 10 business days. UPS may require to see
the condition of the package.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order, unless otherwise indicated on specific products. Multiple colors of specific item may be purchased to qualify for minimum
quantity.
Payments
The 5S Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Purchase Order
The 5S Store does accept purchase orders ($50.00 minimum) from legitimate companies only, within the United States and Canada under Net 30
Terms. If you can not accommodate these terms, then you may place your order directly on line using a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
To open up an account with The 5S Store the following information must be received: a list of company credit references and Detailed "Bill To" information.
(This would include address, phone number(s), fax number, contact name.) This information can be faxed to 978-842-4633 or emailed to
sales@the5sstore.com for review. Once the company has been approved, purchase orders may be sent via:

All purchase orders received are checked for product and pricing accuracy, adjustments will be made accordingly. Purchase orders are faxed back to the

Returns
Stock items can be returned but are subjected to a restocking charge of up to 25%. Returns received with in 60 days will receive a full refund against
the credit card used. Returns received after 60 days will receive a credit on account. Used or damaged items will not be credited. Please contact The 5S
Store at (978)842-4610 before the return of any materials to obtain a return authorization #. Packages returned without authorization will to be refused.
Discontinued or custom items are not returnable.

Security Policy

Shortages
Claims for shortages must be made within 5 business days from the date of shipment. Claims made after 5 business days will not be accepted.
Warranty
The 5S Store warrants its products to be free from defects at the time they are sold. The customer is responsible for testing the products for their
intended use. The 5S Store cannot be held responsible for the customers inability to use the products purchased. The 5S Store's liability is limited to the
replacement of the products sold, provided it can be determined that they were defective at the time they were sold. The 5S Store can not be held liable
for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind as a result of the use, or inability to use The 5S Store products. This warranty is in lieu of any other
warranty expressed or implied.
