and experienced individuals for the following job aimed at contributing to the Banks strategic
vision, in the Information Technology Department under Operations Division:
SENIOR ANALYST: WEB SERVICES & INTERNET BANKING (x1)
JOB PURPOSE
This is technical work performing a variety of highly complex tasks related to the development
and delivery of banking services to customers using electronic banking channels to include
Flexcube Direct Banking or Internet Banking, Tax online Systems, Bill Muster payments system
and web servers used by Zanaco retail and corporate customers.
Under the supervision of the Web Specialist, the following are among the Jobs key

Administration, support and ensure high internet banking availability

Administration of Tax online and Asycuda transactions on Internet Banking
Ensure high availability of Internet Banking and related systems
Plan and implement customizations on Internet Banking
Create test cases for required customizations
Ensure proper testing
Ensure change control policies are applied
To manage 24/7 smooth operations of all the Banks web services
Achieve 99.9% availability on all web services
To perform basic web maintenance and support
Develop and support features for websites related issues and the intranet
Develop new technologies to the banks web services and increase the amount of leads
via the web services by 20%
Create and maintain documentation for web services operations
Manage all services requests directed to the Web Operations team
Ensure 5 day turn around to all web services, requests and customizations
Perform web services availability and functionality from a variety of environments and
networks
Ensure 100% accessibility and functionality across all networks on all web interfaced ebusiness channels
Ensure efficient delivery on any other assigned duties

Designated Client Areas, Head Office and Branch Users
3rd Party Service Providers Oracle, Microsoft etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree with a technical major such as Engineering or Computer Science
Good Oracle DB, PL/SQL and/or Java development/coding Skills
Certificate in ITIL, COBIT 5 and Oracle will be an added advantage
At Least 3 years working experience in banking and web applications such as Flexcube,
Asycuda, Tax online FINACLE, T24 SWIFT, RTGS, ERP
Excellent written and communication skills
