Mrs. V.r. age 21 came in clinic with complain of allergic reaction of

silver chain and there is black pigmentation followed by itching
and vesicles.
There is no pain. Discharge is watery. Its colour is brownish
black.
Duration of complaint is 6-7 months.
< when leg is in water.
It is exactly at the site of old eczema which was wet and suppress
by external application when she was 10 year old.
Past history wet eczema on leg.
Giddiness.
Weeping very easily.

P I got very angry that when it will get cured? I have done many
treatment but it is as it is.

There is voluptuous itching and then it become reddish.

I m very sensitive. Weeping very easily and suddenly. I dont
like to live alone. I weep when I m alone. There is
breathlessness when I m alone.

Feeling as if someone come and do something to me and I am all
alone. It is startling. What to do?? There is tension all over. I m all

P I dont like scary movies. I cant see them they are very
fearful. And another thing is that I dont like to get ill.

D what is that feeling of ill??

P it is because when you are ill you are alone in the bed
and everyone else are busy in their work. And I dont like
to be alone. It is very fearful. It is as if I am alone and
someone came suddenly and I am very scared about that. I cant
describe further but it is very fearful and scary.

There is lot of sensitivity towards aloneness and the sensitivity

towards that. Become so much fearful and get scared about that.
Perception is that she is in the jungle and someone come
