Terms and Conditions of Petron Fuel and Fly to London Contest

Organiser:
1. Petron Fuel International Sdn Bhd (Company) is the organiser of this
Petron Fuel and Fly to London Contest (Contest).
Eligibility:
1. This Contest is open to all Malaysians who are Petron Miles Privilege Card
members, aged eighteen (18) years old and above (Contestants), subject to
the following Terms and Conditions. This Contest is not open to Fleet Card
and Diesel Discount Card members. All transactions for the purpose of this
Contest must be swiped with a validly registered Petron Miles Privilege Card
to be considered as a valid entry.
2. The following categories of Contestants are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in
this Contest:
a. Permanent/Contract Employees of the Company and/or its Affiliates;
b. The Companys service station dealers;
c. Employees of advertising and promotional agencies for the Company
and/or its Affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as Non-Eligible
Participants); and
d. The immediate family members (father, mother, spouses and children) of
the Non-Eligible Participants are also not permitted to participate in the
Contest.
Contest Period:
1. The Contest Period will run from 21st September 2016 till 20th
November 2016, both dates are inclusive (Contest Period).
Redemption Period:
1. The Redemption Period for the RM1 off Petron voucher will be from
21st September 2016 till 30th November 2016 and the Redemption
Period for the RM50 off Legoland voucher will be from 21st September
2016 till 30th April 2017, both dates are inclusive (Redemption
Period).
The Contest:
1. To join the Contest, Contestants have to purchase minimum fuel
product (Blaze 95, Blaze 97 and Blaze 100) worth at least RM45 in a
single receipt via cash or credit card purchases, at any participating
Petron service stations. All purchases must be swiped with a validly
registered Petron Miles Privilege Card.
2. Contestants are then entitled to receive the Petron and Legoland
vouchers together with a lucky draw stub upon the purchase of fuel
products worth minimum RM45 in a single receipt within the Contest

Period. The Petron and Legoland Vouchers and lucky draw stub are
available while stocks last.
3. To participate in the Lucky Draw, Contestants need to complete the
lucky draw stub with details requested, attach the original purchase
receipt and drop it into the box prepared by the Petron Service Station
to be entitled for one (1) lucky draw contest entry.
4. Contestants who converted a minimum of 400 Petron Miles points to
100 Enrich points within the Contest Period will automatically be
entitled for one (1) lucky draw contest entry. However, they are NOT
ENTITLED for the Petron and Legoland vouchers.
5. Contestants are required to complete the Petron Miles to Enrich Points
Conversion form with a valid Enrich membership for the points
conversion. Document ID registered for Enrich membership must be
same with the registered Petron Miles card.
6. Vouchers and stub are only available at Petron service stations
nationwide.
7. Contestant can earn the subsequent voucher for every subsequent
RM45 spend on petrol at Petron service station.

8. Vouchers redemption are with criteria as follows :

RM1 off Petron voucher: redeemable at any Petron Service

Station, valid for redemption for the NEXT PURCHASE of fuel
products only with a minimum purchase of RM20 worth of fuel
products (Blaze 95, Blaze 97 and Blaze 100) and an accumulation
of vouchers is possible.

RM50 off Legoland voucher: redeemable at Legoland Malaysia for

Theme Park + Water Park Combo or Theme Park ticket only. One
(1) voucher is valid for redemption for the purchase of one (1)
Ticket (Adult/Child/Senior Citizen) only.

9. Petron reserves the right to deny/ reject any vouchers which are copied
(not original) and damaged.
10. Petron shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage
whatsoever to any of the Vouchers.
11. All Vouchers and lucky draw stubs are not allowed to be photocopied,
reprinted and/or reproduced outside other than by Petrons authorised
vendors and any false or fraudulent Vouchers and lucky draw stubs will
be rejected.

12. Redemption of Vouchers is subject to the applicable terms and

conditions from the respective third parties. Petron shall not be held
liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered due to noncompliance to the applicable terms and conditions imposed by the
respective parties for the redemption of the applicable Vouchers of
these third parties.
13. Contest form(s) are required. Contestants are deemed eligible when in
compliance with all Terms and Conditions stated herein. By being
eligible and hence participating in the Contest, each Contestant is
deemed to have agreed to adhere to the Terms and Conditions herein.
14. Based on all lucky draw entries received, the Company will then begin
to select the required number of Contestants (Shortlisted
Contestants). The Company's decision on all matters relating to this
Contest (including the selection of Shortlisted Contestants) shall be
final and binding. No correspondence relating to the selection of
winners will be entertained.
15. Each winner can only win one (1) prize for this Contest.
16. If the Petron Miles Privilege Card is not swiped to earn loyalty points,
and/or the purchase does not meet the required criteria, the entry will
be deemed as invalid.
17. The Shortlisted Contestant(s) will be contacted either by the Company
or its appointed representative via phone (the telephone number as
available in the Petron Miles database) and is required to answer one
(1) Contest question correctly to be qualified as a winner. In the event a
Shortlisted Contestant is unreachable via phone, the Company hereby
reserves the right to select another Shortlisted Contestant.

The Contest Prizes and Lucky Draw Period:

The lucky draws will be carried out on: 2nd December 2016
Qualifying Period (21st September 2016 till 20th November 2016)

Grand Prize x 3 Winners :

Trip to London (5 days, 3 nights) for 2 Adult and 2 Children

Package Includes :
- Economy Return Flight tickets for 2 Adult and 2 Children between
Kuala Lumpur London (worth up to RM 14,400)

Entrance ticket to Legoland UK, 2 nights accommodation in

Legoland UK (worth up to RM8,600)
London tour, 1 night accommodation in London city
Travel Insurance (worth up to RM193 for each person)

Consolation Prizes :
- 10,000 Enrich Miles by Enrich x 50
- AIG Auto Insurance by AIG x 35 (worth up to RM1,000 each,
excluding road tax renewal)
- 20,000 Petron Miles Points by Petron x 100

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The names of all winners will be published on the Companys website at
www.petronmiles.com.my.
2. In the event that any Contest entry or prize is awarded to a person who:
a. is not eligible for the Contest; and/or,
b. has committed or is suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful
acts in relation to his/her use of the Petron Miles Privilege Card;
The Company reserves the right to disqualify such person from participating in
the Contest and/or from receiving the prize.
3. All winners recorded by the Company shall be final and conclusive.
4. Winners shall be notified via phone (the telephone number as available in
the Petron Miles database).
5. All Grand Prize winners must hold a valid passport with at least six (6)
months validity from the scheduled travel period and any other relevant visas
required for the travel. All incidental costs such as but not limited to, passport
and visa costs (if any) and all other personal expenditures will be at the
winners sole expense. Airline and flight times to be selected by Company at
its sole discretion and once the travel period dates have been booked, no
changes, extensions or substitutions of the travel dates is permitted, except at
the Companys sole discretion. Company shall not be responsible for any
cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions
whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or
any other persons providing any of the services and accommodations to the
Grand Prize winners.
6. The combination is 2 adults and 2 children, no changes on the combination
are allowed. The definition of children refers to a child aged between 3 11
years old at the time of travel.

7. There will be two (2) nights accommodation in Standard Themed room in

LEGOLAND hotel Windsor for family of 4 inclusive of breakfast. Grand Prize
winners are responsible for any separate charges incurred, such as but not
limited to, additional food and beverage charges, additional occupancy
charges, telephone bills etc.

8. If a Grand Prize winner decides to stay in a hotel other than the one
stipulated in the Confirmation Letter, all extra charges due to the change will
be borne solely by the winner.
9. Vendors appointed by the Company will contact Grand Prize winners to
arrange for the prize fulfilment and travel details.

10. All cost, fees and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the winners in
relation to the Contest and/or to claim the Prize(s), which shall include but not
limited to the cost for transportations, accommodation, meals, personal costs
and/or any other costs, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
11. The winners of the AIG Auto Insurance prize will be required to provide
details including but not limited to the following such as their full name, email
address, a valid Malaysian contact number, vehicle make, vehicle model, year
made, vehicle registration number and policy expiry month/year of their
vehicle with AIG Malaysia. This will assist AIG Malaysia in the issuance of the
automobile insurance prize.
12. The value of each AIG Auto Insurance prize is up to maximum of
RM1,000, insuring the winners vehicle for twelve (12) months , commencing
from a date to be decided by AIG Malaysia.In the event that the final
automobile insurance premium of the winners vehicle amounts more than the
prize amount of RM1,000, the additional amount of the insurance premium will
have to be borne solely by the winner. In the event that the automobile
insurance premium is less than the prize amount of RM1,000, AIG Malaysia
will not refund or substitute the balance prize amount in cash or any other
forms of consideration. If the winners vehicle has already been insured for the
next 12 months, AIG Malaysia will arrange for the automobile insurance to
commence from the upcoming 12 months after the expiry of the current
insurance period for the winners vehicle.
13. AIG Malaysia reserves the right to replace the automobile insurance prize
with a lump sum cash of RM1,000 if the winners vehicle does not meet AIG
Malaysias underwriting requirement ( the terms of the automobile insurance
offered by AIG Malaysia) . The winner will be notified by AIG Malaysia of this
replacement.

14. All Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any
other items or packages. Winners are not allowed to claim the Prizes after the
stipulated period.
15. The Company reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend or
terminate the Contest Period at any time prior to the expiry of the Contest
Period without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to vary,
modify, delete or change any of the Terms and Conditions herein contained at
any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice. For avoidance of doubt,
any cancellation, extension, suspension or termination of the Contest Period
at any time prior to the expiry of the Contest Period shall not entitle the
Contestants to claim any compensation from the Company for any and all
losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Contestants as a result of the
said cancellation, extension, suspension or termination.
16. The Company reserves the right to use the names, addresses,
photographs, and testimonies of the Contestants in advertisements and other
forms of publicity in conjunction with the Contest. The Contestants'
participation in the Contest and agreement to be bound to the terms and
conditions herein shall be deemed to indicate their implied consent to such
use, without further notice, payment or consideration whatsoever.
17. By entering into the Contest and accepting a prize, all winners must agree
that the Company has the right to picture, voice record or portray them as
contest winners in any manner whatsoever as the Company may in its
absolute discretion decide, and to exhibit these material for all contest-related
advertising, marketing and publicity purposes without any compensation
whatsoever, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Participants and
eventual winners of the Contest are hereby notified and deemed to consent to
the Companys right to use their name, voice, picture or footage, or the
content of their entries solely for the abovementioned purposes.
18. The Company reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with of equal or
greater value, if deemed necessary.
19. Contestants hereby agree to release the Company, its directors, officers,
employees and agents, including without limitation, its parent companies,
subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agencies and branches, as well as all
contest partners / sponsors and all others associated with the development
and execution of this Contest, from and against any and all liability for injury,
loss or damage of any kind (whether direct, indirect or consequential) to or in
any way arising from this Contest and the awarding and the use or misuse or
possession of any prizes awarded, including liability for personal injury, death
or property damage, except where prohibited or limited by law. All winners
acknowledge that to the extent permissible by law, the prizes are awarded by
the Company on an as is basis without any warranty of any kind whether
express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
satisfactory quality, and non-infringement.

20. Contestants will fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its
directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns against any and all losses,
liabilities, costs, claims, charges, expenses, actions or demands (including
legal costs), whether direct or indirect arising out of a breach by him or her of
these Terms & Conditions.
21. This Contest is governed by the laws of Malaysia and all disputes are
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
22. If for any reason any part of this Contest is incapable of running as
planned, the Company may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the contest, or invalidate any affected entries without any further
liability or any obligation to continue the Contest.
23. The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any part of these Terms
& Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the
remaining parts and each part of these Terms & Conditions is distinct and at
all times severable from the rest of the Terms & Conditions.
24. The Company will not be responsible or liable for any claims, loss or
damage whatsoever, resulting from or in connection with this Contest or the
prizes given out through this Contest.
25. The Company is the final authority to decide on the interpretation of these
Terms and Conditions and as to any other matters relating to this Contest.
26. All other Petron Miles Terms and Conditions apply.
