There were no questions from Technical.
The level of the questions was quite easy.

Combination, Probability, Ratio and Proportion, Problems in Ages and Number

Arrangement of sentences in proper sequence, Synonyms and Antonyms,
Prepositions etc.
There was no negative marking in the written round.
Followed by the written round, there was PI (Personal Interview) which
consisted of one round only and that is the HR round.
There were no Technical Interview Rounds in the whole process.
INTERVIEW ROUND
The HR Round of Accenture is little bit different than that of other companies.
The process is a 5 to 1 interview. It means, that one interviewer will take
interviews of 5 people together.
Now questions in the HR round can be of any of two following pattern or both.
1) You will be asked to introduce yourself and other basic HR Questions.

2) You will be given a topic and will be asked to tell your views individually
to the interviewer about the topic.
My group consisted of 5 people. 2 of us were from ETC and the rest from
Mechanical Engineering. The questions that we were asked are as follows:1) All of you tell me your name, your, hometown, your branch, followed by
your hobbies.
- Now, the way you should answer this set of questions is given below.
My name is Stephen Amell.
(Always mention your full name).
I am from Raipur, Madhya Pradesh.
(Always mention the name of your City followed by the State).
Currently I am pursuing my B.Tech Degree in Electronics and
Telecommunication Engineering.
(Always mention the full name of your branch along with the word
Engineering. You should not mention in short forms like ETC, Mech, Civil
etc.. Always use the word Engineering at last).
Regarding my hobby, let me first inform you that I am a very passionate
singer and I have learnt Classical Music for 5 years. So, in the free time, I
keep on exploring the world of music.
(Always remember that your hobby must be a productive one like
Singing, Dancing, Painting, Blogging etc.. Dont tell hobbies like Surfing
the Internet or Social Networking or Watching movies etc..
And please do remember that if you try to be clever by using terms like
Coding or Programming, then be assure that you are inviting yourself
to a trap, until and unless, you are quite sure of answering any question
asked to you regarding that field).

2) Next the guys from Mechanical Engineering were asked what was the
name and author of the book of Thermodynamics that they have read.
But unfortunately, they didnt remember that which greatly shocked the
interviewer. On addition, they did another blunder by saying that they
hardly used to follow the book as they always used to study from the
class notes.
3) They were again asked to define Thermodynamics, to which they gave a
bookish answer which again couldnt properly satisfy the interviewer.
4) Then they switched over to the two of us who were from ETC. My
partner and I were asked about the author of the book of
Microprocessor and Digital Electronics respectively, to which we
satisfactorily gave the answer. Then we were also asked whether we
follow books of other authors for that subject or not.
(Remember, that by asking such type of questions, they try to predict
how much hard working and sincere we are, instead of being lazy by
studying from the class notes only).
5) Then we were asked the difference between diode and transistor.
(Remember not to give a bookish answer. To the above question, your
answer should be as follows:Diode is a unipolar device whereas most of the transistors are bi-polar
devices. In diodes the minority and the majority carriers are divided
equally, so they sometimes work as a battery or a switch. However the
transistor too works as a switch but here the minority carrier is
sandwiched between the layers of majority carriers. So, it also works as a
charging device).
Thats all we were asked in the interview round of Accenture, after
which we were allowed to leave.

(Remember to wish the interviewer again while leaving by saying

Thank you for your valuable time Sir. It was really a wonderful meeting
with you.
Take one step backward, push the chair inside to its original position,
turn back and leave. And do not forget to close the door after leaving).
Now coming to the next category, where some of my friends in other
groups were given a topic to discuss on. The topics were generally
extempore based. Few examples were: TV Channels and Culture
Women Empowerment
Reading Habits
Festivals of India etc..
Remember that what you say should not be controversial or
argumentative at any point.
