Bribery is a problem that affects many aspects of society, including education, healthcare, politics, and the justice system. It is difficult to find someone who has never given or received a bribe. To address this issue, we must start by teaching children honesty from a young age. We should also increase salaries for government workers to reduce incentives for corruption and hire more workers to prevent delays and demands for bribes. Installing cameras in government offices would increase transparency and accountability. Selection procedures for government jobs must also be made more transparent to prevent corruption. Ultimately, fighting corruption requires that each individual act with honesty and integrity from a young age.

For the beginning terms, bribery means exchange of cash, material or goods in
return of a favor that is otherwise impossible or hard to attain. It is nearly
impossible to find a person who has neither given nor accepted any kind of bribe in his entire lifetime. A simple example I would give is , if you want your child to get admitted in a good kindergarten, you offer bribe, if you are in hospital and if you want the personal to care you better , you give bribe. In fact you even brie your child to get work done more faster and with quality you give him chocolate, most of us would say we can count it as a motivation. Bribery problem start from the household itself if your child will see this so what you can expect from him. Bribery is a problem that including issues of morality and social behavior. It must be noted that morality cannot be legislated also the legislation cannot directly and quickly change social behavior. We all talk about honesty and how good it is to be honest etc. etc. but in facts the reality is totally another. Actually the bribe problem include different sphere of society as medicine , education, economic, politica and justice. To combat this we need do next steps: 1) Teach childrens: since little age to be honest in first place with herself and then with others. To teach them that always exist solution. 2) Give better salary: low salary is one of the reasons for corruption. To curb this salaries should be raised periodically. 3) Increase the number of workers: In many offices of the government sector, the work load has gone up drastically but the recruitment of vacancies has declined This gives an option for delaying the work by officials and expect monetary or other benefits for faster completion. 4) Camera in most govt offices: In every ATM there are camera to keep a watch on the public taking their money. Then why not government offices have cameras to have a watch on the employ performance. 5) Verify the selection procedures: Many people compete for government jobs and in the process there are corruption happening in the selection of candidates for the posts. So let the selection criteria and procedure used be transparent and any misconduct from this should be punishable To the end I would like to say that everything depend of us of our action and education so if we need and want some changes we need to start it with us in particular from little age. So keep your mind clean and start the change from you.
