Close range of compressive stresses at top and bottom fibres may point to low eccentricity
used in the bridge
Constant parasitic moments may also indicate constant eccentricity or small variations in
tendon eccentricity
High eccentricity of 650mm yields higher disproportionately lower top fibre stresses than
those revealed by the designers report
Trial and Error evaluation reveals P =53000kN and e=200mm to achieve stresses comparable
to those in report findings
