Student-Learning Goal:
By the end of the 2015-2016 school year, at least 85%of students in each grade level will meet or exceed proficiency levels overall on the Year-End
assessment in order to demonstrate our continued commitment to closing achievement gaps and our ability to consistently respond to student learning needs.

The initiatives outlined in this action plan will be shared with parents and the wider community through the parent newsletter sent home
weekly. These initiatives will also be easily shared through informative videos and websites that will be shared through the schools
private WhatsApp group that is accessible to students and their families. The principal will also explain these initiatives in the upcoming
Family Fun Night.
