SURFACE PREPARATION
Must be clean, dry and free from dust, sand, other contaminations. Local touch -up of larger blow holes /
cracks should be carried out prior to the application of the first full coat of National Roof.

CAVALIER THERMAL INSULATING PAINT


DESCRIPTION

RECOMMENDED USE

An Insulating paint based on water base elastomeric Acrylic resin. It


contains special hollow ceramic microspheres as primary filler, which
mainly functions for thermal insulation. The dried film has good
flexibility, adhesion, toughness and excellent water resistance and UV
resistance. It contains antifungal and antibacterial additives.
Most suitable as roof coating, as water proofing and thermal insulating
material. Can be applied on cementitious surfaces, metal roofs for
commercial and residential buildings. Also useful for duct coating
insulation.

It is special Aliphatic Acrylic H.B. based on methacrylate polymer. Has


tough dry film giving long lasting performance, very good adhesion and
weather resistance. Additionally it has excellent resistance against water
and U.V. radiation and anti-carbonization properties.
Specifically developed as a top coat on National Penetrating Siloxane
Primer Sealer, for application on cementatious surface, walls, etc.

PROTECT SEAL
DESCRIPTION

RECOMMENDED USE

National Protect Seal has been specifically designed to meet the


requirements of durable, protective, water proofing membrane for
concrete surfaces. It is based on Acrylic emulsion, with inert pigment
and has good flexibility, abrasion and elastomeric properties. It
contains anti-fungal and anti-bacterial additives.
Good mechanical and abrasion resistant properties, mostly suitable for
curb stone, bridges, car parking areas, since it has excellent anticarbonation, chloride ion stability, chemical resistance, suitable for
concrete surfaces.
