Core functions:

Scope of duties:

Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and


activities at a company or organization. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and
enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and
objectives.
- Provides leadership on serving the client better
- Supports sales team & distribution partners
- Manages advertising & promotions
- Manage client relationships
- Plans marketing and branding objectives.
- Expands product solutions and offerings.
- Prepares marketing strategies alongside other company executives and
staff.
- Analysis of market trends and recommends changes to marketing and
business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Prepares and adhere to budgets.
- Oversees creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and
other marketing materials.
- Designs print ads and publications.
- Ensures brand messages are consistent.
- Gathers and analyses customer insight.
- Nurtures and enrich all external perceptions of the company and
growth of market share.
- Engages consumers on social media.
- Deepens relationships with all media to ensure the most effective
messaging and positioning of the organization.
- Takes calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
- Drives overall CRM and direct marketing.
- Engages other organizations within the community.

Deliverables:

Collaborates with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership


activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan
on identified opportunities.
Develops and executes new concepts, business models, channels and
partners to position business as innovator and leader.

Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor degree from an accredited college in fields of economics or business


Minimum 3 years experience;
Computer skills ( Office; Outlook );
Drive license B category.
