Odin Academy - Internship
In 2014 Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken founded the Odin Theta Academy, a resemble of an
ancient greek academy with the intention to provide teachings of Prime Technology Theta to
committed close circle of students.

The teachings will be provided in symbolic language only, through symbolic story telling, will
include studies of ancient cultures, the hypothetical prime culture/primordial culture, spiritual
archeology, self-knowledge and personal development, as well studies of modern human culture
and history and its relationship with the ancient cultures

The Internship program provides a new platform for every one interested into the Odin Academy
to start a journey dedicated to their own spiritual development, self-knowledge, personal
development. The Internship is provided through the e-game The Game of the Gods & the
Goddesses in Prime Self Union for which Odin himself is the Game Prime Master.

The Goal of the internship program is to prepare interns for the responsibilities of the
following assistant roles in our Academy / company / network:

In order to reach higher levels of

responsibility the intern must
complete a number of working units,
training modules, experience on the
field of work,, experience and points

to commit with the academy,
company and network aims, values,
and business strategy. After an
assessment, the intern may take over

In order to reach higher levels of

responsibility the intern must complete a
number of working units, training modules,
experience on the field of work,,
experience and points in the Game of the

business strategy. After an assessment,

The Prime Rank suggest training Modules that are the primary goal of the internship study
program. Our main goal is that our interns become skillful by providing the services that can be
developed based on those modules and in the application of the tools/methods thought.

The completion of one module, means that the

intern have received information, as well
technichal guidance for the application of
methods and had the opportunity to develop
skills for own individual practice.

In order to become a trainer of a module, a

certain level of performance, capacity of
application, knowledge, and ability to use our
training methods, is requested.

An assessment will be necessary, before an

intern is authorized to become a Trainer.
Our evaluation stages and

commitment alternatives, gives
to interns the feeling of trust and
control of their own journey.
Candidates to Interns learn by
doing; after each task, after
completing a milestone, will
have a deeper insight into the
meaning and importance of the
work, for themselves and for our
customers.
Only when an intern have this
kind of clarity a new level of
commitment becomes naturally
possible. "
Interns Assessment
The internship program is a combination of work study, interns will be evaluated, certificates will
be given to those that reach the performance and foundation level wished.

Points are given for tasks, modules

completed.
One needs to complete points in
order to reach a new stage of the
internship or rights for a module or
training.
In order to become eligible for a new stage of

the internship program, an intern must reach a
pre set number of points and complete a list of
tasks and training modules.
Points given to interns are positive or

negative. Negative points are given
when interns out of lack of
experience, attention, awareness, or
by acting out of the instructions or
guidelines given missed an important
detail in the work.
Instead of starting with zero points, at the

beginning of every new stage, interns receive
the number of points they need in order to
reach the next stage.

The first weekend training they receive 9000

points, necessary to join the next stage, for
example.
Performance Assessment!
Zero points are given when interns

do not apply the knowledge
transferred to them at the level of
performance wished.
The internship has precise goals, as a

recruiting program, it help us identify the
investment necessary for each intern, and
the needs and potential each intern has.

Work-Study Contract
A work study contract let you learn skills and receive high value training as necessary step
before taking over a role or responsibility in a company or private network.

performance indicators is provided by the
internship program.

Interns with the necessary training and

performance level are eligible for wages.
The level of wages is inclusive according to
following sequence:

coordination with working tasks, creating
a balance between study-practice and
application under real life conditions.
At each stage of the internship the % of

hours /units dedicated to work and study
are defined and balanced.

The Foundation (e-)Weekend

The weekend zero or foundation training is the first experience designed for candidates to
interns. After this weekend, interns that are eligible may join the trial season of 3 months or be
invited to a second weekend training. The weekend training may be provided also online
through an e-Weekend Program.

The fees will cover only expenses of the
venue and organization. The trainers will not
charge for the training units.
Candidates will receive 9000 points on

If they do an e-assessment on Skype before
