Worked from home in Portland, OR to manage approximately 70 clients in multiple markets
worth $4M in booked annual revenue.
Responsible for optimizing the merchandising of condominium, hotel and timeshare
lodging on major retail travel websites like Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, Travelocity and
Orbitz to increase product visibility, customer engagement, booking conversion and
revenue.
Achieved a minimum of 10% monthly YoY increase in territory revenue, meeting or exceeding expectations.
Successfully retained 80% of accounts wanting to terminate contract, maintaining an overall customer retention
rate exceeding 90%.
Cut time from closing the sale to revenue production for newly signed accounts by an average of one week.
Achieved by leading a cross functional effort to coordinate the onboarding process with the sales rep who sold the

Managed over 100 leisure lodging and ski resort accounts in the U.S. West Coast and
Hawaii prioritizing the incoming needs of clients and balancing the demands of new
business development on a daily basis.
Created and maintained strategic plans for new business acquisition and account growth building a territory that
went from producing $400K in annual revenue to over $3M in annual revenue.
Led development and implementation of strategy to penetrate the neglected and underperforming territory of
Hawaii, increasing significant revenue producing accounts from 2 to 13.
Closed sale to large ski resort and managed all implementation, strategy and training to integrate our travel
insurance product into their business. Acted as a consultant to implement use of our product to change their core
customer refund policy, improving customer service and retention while adding a brand new revenue stream
generating $600K additional revenue annually.
Developed and executed a co-marketing plan for one of my largest clients resulting in increased annual revenue
from sales of my product by over 90% within a year of implementation. Maintained similar growth year over
year with ongoing consultation, trainings and review with the client.
