This is a support project. We are migrating the entire (20000) stores from Windows 7 to Windows 10
across the North America. We are also responsible for backup and troubleshooting for anything that
comes up post migration.
Responsibilities
Windows Administration:

Configuring Network Printers (Store)Coordinating with helpdesk leads and SMEs to ensure consistent
user/store support on high severity issues
Troubleshoot unsupported software, performed installations and configurations through collaborating

Description

This is a support project. We are maintaining the entire AD, Win server (2003/2008/2012), VMware &
Server Hardware part, with Desktop management (EUC) and Application Support.
Responsibilities
Member of Incident Management team and responsible for follow-up of all Wintel Sev1 cases till the
