Hindrances in Electrical Works
Dear Sir,
As to remain synchronize with our planned schedule, your attention is needed
towards the following matters regarding long outstanding pending electrical
works:

It has been informed several times verbally in meetings with you, that we
cant start/complete our work in electrical room on each floor due to
incomplete work of Civil. We are unable to install any of our electrical
services. Electrical room can be finalized from our side after we get a

complete handover from the civil contractor.

With reference to RFI # EGKL/RFI/ELEC/PP/008 & EGKL/RFI/ELEC/PP/009 dated
25-April-15, it was replied by you that Missing points of isolator & missing of
ETP points in basement-2 will be opened by civil contractor as soon as
possible but regretfully 7 months have been elapsed yet no action has been
taken by Civil contractor, hence our work is suffering. We request you once
again to instruct civil contractor by your good self to take immediate action

regarding this matter.

Although several times, it was minted in the progress meetings that water
curing lines of civil contractor has made unable to start/continue with the
electrical works and immediate action will be taken to avoid such an obstacle
to electrical works, yet we have to regretfully state that no such has been
taken. For your reference RFI # E EGKL/RFI/ELEC/WI/022 dated 29-Jun-2015
had been generated five months back.

Our fire alarm cable is scheduled to arrive at the start of December, and we
will request you that as per the decision made in the joint visit by your good
self, Civil contractor had to open all the block conduits and fish wire was to be
laid, yet no action has yet been taken. We hope that, Civil contractor will

close this job as to avoid any kind delay in our works.

As per the discussion on site visit including Eleken, it was decided that the DB
walls will be plastered as to maintain a minimum thickness of 6 inch so that
electrical DBs can be installed easily. The attached highlighted drawings
depict the exact location.

In the light of above mentioned circumstances we are not able to complete the job
in timely manners you are once again requested to please do the need full on
priority.
We hope that all the above stated issues will be taken good care as to avoid delay in
electrical schedule.
