Applicators Site Teams Roles & Responsibilities :6.1. The Projects Manager has over-all responsibility for the implementation of
the method statement, to ensure that the Project Engineer and Supervisor are
aware of this MS and also ensure that all resources (labor, material and
equipment) are made available to carry out the work as planned.
6.2. The Project Engineer is responsible to ensure work has been carried out as
per the specification and drawings and all works are offered for inspection as
per Inspection & Test plan. He is also responsible to ensure adequate

8.3.5. The humidity level, dew point temperature, air and substrate temperatures shall
be checked. If substrate temperature is 20C above dew point temperature, apply
approx. WFT 100 to 150 microns thickness of CAFCO PSK-101 onto steel surface
for proper bonding of CAFCO Fendolite MII. Maximum air and substrate
temperature shall be 450C.
8.3.6. Allow minimum 6 hours to cure CAFCO PSK 101 after applying onto the steel
surface.
8.3.7. Install CAFCO Plastic Coated Galvanized Mesh of dimensions 50mm x 50mm x
1.5mm and tie to previously welded CAFCO Helical CD pins with help of SS 316L
binding wire. The reinforcing mesh must be positioned so as to lie substantially
within the mid third of the applied CAFCO Fendolite-MII thickness.
