Family is not an important thing. It's everything.

This quotation simply means that our family is the

most precious thing we received in this world. In dictionary, family is defined as a group consisting
of parents and children living together in a household. What does family mean to you?
Some may say friendship, love, and joy; while others say pain, agony, and anger. My
family is my support system, my mother, father, siblings and cousins all provide me
with some type of support or guidance. To me family means love, friendship, and
support.

We are all nine in our family. My fathers name is Abdul D. Suma, 51 years old, and
work as Barangay Treasurer at Barangay Maharlika. One of his hobbies are playing
scrabble because he wants to enhance his vocabulary and to gain and learn
different words. Also, he also want to play tennis. On the other hand, my mothers
name is Aida G. Suma, work as Barangay Nutrition Scholar at Taguig City Hall. Her
religion before is Christian but now is Islam because my father is a Muslim thats
why she needs to converted as a Muslim. I really love my parents because they are
the one who can understand me in different situations or problems I encountered.
They also show support to me whenever I failed. Thats why I promised to them that
I will study hard and show love and care to them until the end of their life.
Now I will introduce some information about my siblings. I have two brothers,
named Mohammad Bin Abdul G. Suma and Yusoph G. Suma. They are both
graduating this coming April. My brother Mohammad Suma is taking Bachelor of
Science in Marketing Management at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He is
already 20years old and his hobbies are playing basketball and scrabble. Actually he
rank 8th place, twice, in the World Youth Scrabble Tournament on the year 2012 and
2013 held at Singapore and the other one is in our country, Philippines. While my
brother Yusoph G. Suma is taking Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Taguig
City University. He is already 19 years old, and actually he is good in computer. Last
month, he won as overall champion in Forest Hackathon 2016 . I love my brothers
because sometimes they help me doing my projects especially when I dont know
how to do it.
And now I will introduce my sisters. The name of my siblings are Sittie Ainah G.
Suma, Sittie Caroline G. Suma, Princess Diamond G. Suma and Sittie Aisah G. Suma.
If you will notice, most of us start our first name as Sittie, because our name is from
the book of Quran which means princess. Most of the time, my sisters are the one who I can
share what happened to me the entire day. I can share to them whats my secret. Sister is probably
the most competitive relationship within the family, but once the sisters are grown, it becomes the
strongest relationship

The most important thing is to enjoy your life - to be happy - it's all that matters. And being happy
with my family is the most precious thing I received from God. I cannot imagine living my life

without my family by my side. Family is very important and valuable to me and is

something that should never be taken for granted. Without my family, a large part
of my life would be missing. Im thankful to God for having a family thats been
there for me. My family is my strength and my weakness. Family is not always about living
under the same roof. It's not about saying good night to each other when the lights go out. It is
about looking forward to the next time we can spend together. It's for remembering special times
we've already shared before.
