BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

The author, Vernalene L. Tamares and she was born on January 27, 1996 in Cabra
Lubang Occidental Mindoro. She is the third daughter among the four children of Mr.
Edgardo L. Tamares and Mrs. Vilma L. Tamares. She presently resides at #28 Sampaguita
suvd. St. Ligas 1, Bacoor City , Cavite.
She started her pre-school education at Libis Elementary School in year 2003. She
completed her elementary education at Libis Elementary School in year 2009. In the
same year, she enrolled at Lubang Vocational High School, Cabra Annex for her
secondary education and graduated in 2013.
In June 20013 she enrolled at a Cavite State University Bacoor Campus for her
college education where she took up Bachelor of Science in Business Management major
in Marketing.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The student trainee would like to express her sincerest gratitude to the following
for helping her as she completed her 240 hours of On-the-Job training (OJT).
First of all, to our almighty God, for answering her prayers and giving her
strength to strive hard and made accomplished her practicum training.
To her parents, Mr. Edgardo and Mrs. Vilma Tamares as well as her siblings, Ehd,
Edrian and Zarah Mikaela Tamares for the financial and moral support.
To her Head branch of SSS Bacoor, Mr. Exequiel Panganiban, for accepting her as
a trainee.
To her Admin. Family of SSS, for the advice, understanding, support, patience
and friendship.

She would also like to express her appreciation and gratitude to all of the staffs of
SSS Bacoor, for the successful On-the-Job training (OJT) which undergone in this
progressive company.
To her Adviser Ms. Anabelle G. Luma-as, for patiently teaching what to do and
how to treat clients and for all the lessons they shared to her.
To her Co-trainee, for their generous support, coaching and companionship during
