Upgrade or Fresh Install?

If upgrading from SSHR version 3:

SSHR versions 4 and onwards may be installed in
the same instance as SSHR 3
SSHR 3 components are still supported
Set up equivalent SSHR 4 or 5 functions when
available
Compare old and new Workflow processes
Reapply Workflow changes as required
Note that some Workflow attributes no longer
needed because of Personalization Framework
