2 New collection device or technology support

2.1 Accuver support

Added support for the PCTel Ex Flex Scanner with XCAL-M 3.3.2.43.

2.2 Ascom TEMS support

Fixed an issue that caused GPS coordinates to be missing in some log files.

Fixed the issue of missing GPS coordinates in TEMS Pocket 14.3.

Resolved the issue of not displaying test route (waypoints) of TEMS pocket indoor log files.

Fixed the problem of mapping the scanner attributes inconsistently to cA and cB to

indicate that they are from different carriers.
o

If the attributes are to be displayed in the particular order of EARFCN, the order of
the relevant EARFCNs has to be set in Preferences.

2.3 JDSU support

Fixed an issue of decoding EARFCN incorrectly.

2.4 Nemo support

Resolved the problem of incorrect reporting of the attribute App_Throughput_UL.

2.5 Qualcomm support

Added support to decode new versions of the following messages to set Carrier
Aggregation attributes as well as other LTE legacy attributes such as RSRP, RSRQ, RSSI
and CINR:

Actix Analyzer Update

LTE RRC - version 8

LTE GM TX Report - version 8

LTE ML1 PUSCH power control - version 5

LTE ML1 DCI information report - version 6

LTE RLC DL Statistics - version 3

LTE LL1 PUCCH CSF log - version 23

LTE ML1 Idle Serving Cell Meas Response - version 7

LTE ML1 serving cell measurements and evaluation - version 5

CDMA Srch TNG Acquisition Info - version 2

January 2015

Fixed the under-reporting of Carrier Aggregation attributes such as primary component

and secondary carrier component PCIs.
Fixed an issue of reporting incorrect EARFCN when a UE is in poor coverage.

2.6 Swissqual support

Added support to set the attribute LTE_UE_Transmission_Mode for Qualipoc files.

Fixed the issue of not setting the attribute App_Layer_Active in some FTP test log files.

Added support to set the following AMR speech codec attributes:

AMR_codec_type

Codec_Rate_DL

Codec_Rate_UL

Added support to set the following attributes from the GSM enhanced measurement
report:

GSM_MeasRpt_MeanBEP

GSM_MeasRpt_CvBEP

GSM_MeasRpt_NbrRcvdBlocks

Fixed the issue of reporting out-of-range values for the attributes ServRxLevIdle and
ServRxLevEither.
Added support to set a new attribute SwissQual_Campaign_Name to extract the
benchmarking campaign name/type from the file.
Added support for PCtel Mx scanner with Swissqual.

2.7 ZK Celltest support

Added the following RLC throughput attributes:

Uu_RLC_DL_Throughput_Total

Uu_RLC_UL_Throughput_Total

2.8 Generic

Resolved an issue of pegging LTE RRC drops at detach request at the beginning of a log
file. This scenario is now considered to be a successfully released RRC connection.
Improved UMTS voice call event detection to fix incorrect voice call event failures.
Improved the decimal accuracy of the attribute Task_Duration in order to better
differentiate the data sessions of very high throughput values.

Actix Analyzer Update

January 2015

Added the following attributes for LTE-Advanced Carrier Aggregation configuration

attributes:

Actix Analyzer Update

LTE_RRCReconfig_CA_Init

LTE_RRCReconfig_CA_Success

LTE_RRCReconfig_CA_Fail

3 Application layer improvements

Spotlight KPIs have been updated to include LTE-Advanced Carrier Aggregation.

A problem that caused Spotlight to crash during neighbour analysis (3G, 3G-2G and 2G)
has been resolved.

4 Platform improvements

The option of synchronisation is extended to work between windows displaying different

files and devices. A new setting, "Synch across streams", has been added into General
Settings. When this setting is enabled and "Auto Synch to Stream" is disabled, the streams
from different devices and/or files will be synchronised to the closest timestamps.
