I, Shailesh Kantilal Salvi, aged [] years, Hindu inhabitant of Mumbai presently residing at 12
Tardeo Apartment, 1st floor, near Bhatia Hospital, 245 Tardeo Road, Mumbai 400007, declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament.
1.

I have not made any will or other testamentary document, but if any made, I hereby
revoke all previous wills and codicils, if any and declare this to be my last will and
testament.

2.

My wife and I have agreed with each other to execute wills of even date, and in
similar terms and have further agreed that such respective wills shall not hereafter be
revoked or altered either during our joint lives or by the survivor of us, after the death of
one of us. On the basis of our such mutual understanding I am making this will.

Subject to the payment of all my debts and liabilities, estate duty, probate duty, incometax, the Executors shall divide and distribute my estate in the manner hereinafter appearing.

6.

I have a 50% undivided share in:

(i) Flat bearing No. 12 on 1st floor and parking space No [] in the building known as
Tardeo Apartment of [] Co-operative Housing Society Ltd at 245 Tardeo Road,
Mumbai 400007;
(ii) Flat bearing No. 3201 on 32nd floor and parking space No [] in the building known
as Ashford Royal "B -WING, of [] Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. at Nahur,
Mumbai 40007; and
(iii) Bunglow bearing No. 5 on the ground floor of Darshan Valley situated at Village
Valvan, Taluka-Maval,Lonavala, District Pune,

along with my wife Bharti Salvi.

I devise and bequeath my right title and interest in all the

abovementioned flats unto my wife absolutely, and if she shall pre-decease me then to my daughters
Bhavi and Kinnari in equal share.

I have a 50% undivided share in Ruparel Aryana, 46th floor, Flat No.4605 and parking

space No. [] located at C.S.NO.177 (P), Jerbai Wadia Road, Dadar Naigaon, Parel (W)
Mumbai 400015 and the balance 50% undivided share belongs to my daughter Kinnari. I
devise and bequeath my 50% right title and interest in the said flat unto my daughter Kinnari
absolutely.
8.

I bequeath my immoveable property situate at Aradhana building, Salvi Wado, Patan,

North, Gujarat along with all the furniture and fixtures in the said flat to [my brothers
daughters [] and []] and absolutely.

I devise and bequeath my share in the movable and immovable properties belonging to
Shailesh K. Salvi HUF to my wife absolutely, and if she shall pre-decease me then to my
daughters Bhavi and Kinnari in equal share.

10.

I devise and bequeath the 20% shares held by me in B.K.S. Infotech Private Limited to
my wife absolutely, and if she shall pre-decease me then to my daughters Bhavi and Kinnari in
equal share.

11.

I devise and bequeath the 21.5 % shares held by me in Estrela Insurance Brokers
Private Limited to my wife absolutely, and if she shall pre-decease me then to my daughters
Bhavi and Kinnari in equal share.

12.

All the rest and residue of my estate which I may die possessed of and entitled to
shall belong to my wife absolutely. If my wife shall pre-decease me, I devise and bequeath
the rest and residue of my estate to both my daughters absolutely and in equal shares. If
any of my daughters has died at the time of my death, her one half share shall belong to
her children or child absolutely and in case of more than one child, the children shall take in
equal shares.

13.

I have made this Will in sound health and full consciousness and under no force,
fraud, coercion and/or any undue influence and with full knowledge and understanding and
the same shall remain binding on our respective legal heirs and successors and in witness
thereof I have put my signature hereunder in the presence of witnesses on this. Day
